AIR RESOURCE BOARD INCENTIVES DISCUSSION DOCUMENT
The Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-19 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives Discussion Document is being released for public comment in advance of the June 15, 2018 public workshop to discuss CARB staff’s draft proposals on project categories, funding allocations, and project criteria for the FY 2018-19 Low Carbon Transportation and Air Quality Improvement Program funding.
A public workshop to discuss these draft proposals will be held at the following time and place:

Staff will discuss and seek input on the Governor’s FY 2018-19 budget proposal of $409 million for Low Carbon Transportation Investments and $28.6 million for the Air Quality Improvement Program.
The draft document will include a workshop agenda.
All interested stakeholders are invited to attend. This meeting will also be available via webcastfor those unable to attend in person.
Staff will incorporate input received at this workshop into the proposed FY 2018-19 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives that will be posted on September 21 for a 30-day public comment period before Board consideration at CARB’s October 25-26 Board Hearing.
